★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Tenho uma filha pequena e atrasaram em mais de uma hora minha entrega! Liguei e atendente nem pediu desculpas, disse apenas que tinham muitas entregas! Um verdadeiro desrespeito!!! Nunca mais compro neste lugar!
 Terrible attendance! I have a small daughter and my delivery was delayed by over an hour! I called and the attendant didn't even apologize, just said they had too many deliveries! A real disrespect !!! I will never buy in this place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo... Não recomendo, estou a horas esperando minha quentinha, e você acha que chegou? CLARO QUE NÃO. Um descaso, uma falta de profissionalismo, uma falta de comprometimento... Poderia ficar horas falando do que falta. Mas sabe o que realmente está precisando, de competência. Se uma empresa não consegue atender a uma demanda, por que ela irá abrir as portas? Lhe faço esse questionamento RR quentinhas. Se vocês não conseguem atender os pedidos de entrega, por que vocês fazem entregas? Abre só como restaurante. Tá feio isso... Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Por meio deste venho expressar minha indignação e revolta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena não poder dar nota 0! Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood, esperei o tempo que deram (70 minutos) e só descobri que não iam entregar, pq eu liguei! Agora ninguém tá entregando nesse horário e vou ficar sem almoço! Pena que no Ifood não há como escrever... Nunca mais peço!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde já a meses insisto em pedir quentinhas na RR quentinhas, sempre acontece um problema, sempre o motoboy atrasa, diz q tem muita entrega, ligo para o estabelecimento e dizem que está complicado pois um motoboy faltou, colocam a culpa no trânsito, e no dia 07/02/18 o pior de tudo um motoboy ao trazer a minha quentinha demorou mais de 60min e quando chegou em meu condomínio demorou mais de 10min para subir 4 lances de escada, quando chegou estava todo suado economia pressa, mas blz nunca imaginaria oq eu iria ver depois, ao abrir minha quentinha a mesma estava toda revirada, aí fui juntando uma coisa com a outra é fui no circuito de câmeras do prédio e vi algo inenarrável o motoboy deixou minha quentinha cair no chão e catou de volta e trouxe para eu comer, absurdo.
Hj fui pedir um simples frango a milanesa e chegou almôndegas, já pedi um filé mignon q demorou quase 2h, absurdo, não tem o mínimo de consideração com o cliente, aí no fim pedem desculpas, oq adianta??? Se o erro ocorre novamente, porém acho q o erro é meu em insistir em pedir. Agora tomarei minha providências.

The motoboy dropped my warm and picked it back up and brought me to eat, absurd.
Hj I went to order a simple breaded chicken and meatballs arrived, I already ordered a filet mignon q it took almost 2h, absurd, doesn't have the minimum consideration for the customer, then in the end they apologize, what good ??? If the error occurs again, but I think it is my mistake to insist on asking. Now I will make my arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma nova... Recebo uma mensagem da RR quentinhas dizendo que as entregas iriam mudar, falaram que as entregas não iriam demorar... O que eu fiz? Pedi uma quentinha. Ele falou que iria entregar 12:00. Já é 13:00 eu perdi o meu horário de almoço pela incompetência do serviço prestado. E quando eu fui ligar pra lá ele falou que a panela de pressão tinha estragado. Por favor né... Lhe faço a mesma pergunta do último comentário, por que vocês ainda estão abertos? Ou melhor, por que vocês ainda insistem em fazer entregas? Tá feio, eu estou estressada, nada profissional, atendimento péssimo... Eu só queria comer. É tão simples gente. A carne não fica 3hrs no forno. E faço esse comunicado, quem quiser comprar lá, não vá. É péssimo, olha o estresse que eu estou passando. Inadmissível isso.

Tem coisas que devemos avaliar,uma
comida rápida e sem sabor
ou uma comida dentro do tempo que é normalmente de 45 a 50 min, levando tbm em conta q não existe só a minha entrega.
