★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível,estou super arrependida de ter colocado essa internet na minha residência, preciso trabalhar e a internet só fica caindo,se chover a internet não funciona fica sem sinal,não tem ninguém que pode resolver pra gente nos feriados e dia de domingo pois a empresa não funciona, terrível experiência,antes de contratar falei com vcs a minha necessidade e vcs me garantiram o serviço, então na lei fala que se no contrato a empresa não cumpre com o prometido,eu que sou cliente não sou obrigada a cumprir esse prazo de 1 ano com vcs. Empresa de fundo de quintal. Irresponsáveis ?
