★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei meus dados e marcamos a visita para o técnico ver a instalaçao. Sai de SP e fui para aguardar o dia todo. Chegando no local , o rapaz nem quis entrar dizendo que lá não atendia. Duas horas depois uma funcionária me ligou perguntando se eu tinha mesmo interesse , pois um vizinho meu tbm tinha e eu confirmei. Mais uma vez 7 dias depois sai de SP e fiquei aguardando . Para minha surpresa o mesmo rapaz voltou e disse a mesma coisa , que lá nao atendia. Avisei que fui contatada e que ele iria por uma cx na rua. Ele disse que nao tinha essa informaçao . ligou para um supervisor , disse que nao tinha nem fio e nao sabia de nada e foi embora. Liguei na empresa e a atendente disse que foi um engano e o supervisor dela estava ocupado fazendo outro bairro e nao iria me atender mais. Empresa de amadores , um desrespeito com os clientes
I passed my data and we scheduled the visit for the technician to see the installation. I left SP and went to wait all day. Arriving at the place, the boy didn't even want to enter saying that he didn't answer there. Two hours later an employee called me asking if I was really interested, because a neighbor of mine also had it and I confirmed it. Again 7 days later I left SP and I was waiting. To my surprise, the same guy came back and said the same thing, which he didn't answer there. I told him I was contacted and that he was going to put a box on the street. He said he didn't have that information. he called a supervisor, said he had no wire and didn't know anything and left. I called the company and the attendant said it was a mistake and her supervisor was busy doing another neighborhood and would not attend me anymore. Amateur company, disrespect for customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso reclamar dessa Internet morando em sitio e ela pega que eu uma beleza,super rápida em dia de chuvas não cai diferente de outra empresa ai que já tive que pagava caro e só passava raiva.atendimento super atencioso educados os técnicos também.
I can not complain about this Internet living in a place and it catches me a beauty, super fast on rainy days does not fall differently from another company there that I had to pay dearly and only went through. Super attentive service educated the technicians too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho ela a mais ou menos 2 anos e sempre a quedas de sinais mesmo " sendo fibra " sem chover , atendimento bem limitado, único ponto positivo e o suporte dos técnicos que são bem educados de resto limitadíssimo.
I have had it for about 2 years and always with falling signals even "being fiber" without raining, very limited service, only positive point and the support of the technicians who are well educated and very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que atende seus pretensos clientes pessimamente. Tenho um sítio em Embu Guaçu a 9 km da sede da empresa. Em pesquisa na região ela nos foi indicada por um seu cliente, entramos em contado para informações da possibilidade de instalação de internet via cabo de fibra, passamos o endereço imediatamente nos passaram os custos e a mensalidade. Em seguida nos pediram dados pessoais para confecção de contrato e já marcaram a data de instalação, para dez dias depois. Na data acertada fomos para o sítio e por volta das 11,00 da manhã apareceu lá um técnico( Sr.Itamar) dizendo que não poderia instalar, pois, estávamos a dois km s do seu ponto mais próximo e que cia.iria instalar uma caixa(ponto) defronte nosso sítio e assim o custo para nós seria muito menor. Depois de quatro dias entrei em contado e fui informado que não haveria possibilidade de instalação. Não discuto se existe ou não possibilidade,mas uma empresa minimamente organizada deveria nos dar essa informação no ato consulta, pois passamos o endereço completo em uma região muito conhecida em Embu Guaçu. Não recomento essa empresa ou interessados devem pedir tudo por escrito.

Then they asked us for personal data to make the contract and have already set the date of installation, for ten days later. On the right date we went to the site and around 11.00 in the morning a technician (Mr. Itamar) appeared there saying that he could not install, because we were two km s from his nearest point and that he would install one box (dot) in front of our site and thus the cost for us would be much lower. After four days I got in touch and was informed that there would be no possibility of installation. I do not discuss whether or not there is a possibility, but a minimally organized company should give us this information at the time of consultation, as we pass the full address in a well-known region in Embu Guaçu. I do not recommend this company or interested parties should ask everything in writing.
