★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato a noite com vários montadores, o único que respondeu foi esse, na hora. Meu sofá não subia a escada. Ele pediu foto mandei, ele disse o valor. Isso as 21h falei que as 8h do dia seguinte confirmaria com ele, as 8h confirmei, ele disse que até as 10:30 pessoal iria chegar. O pessoal chegou as 9h e em 30 minutos desmontou totalmente o sofá e montou no andar de cima. Texto grande por conta da qualidade dos serviços, profissionais assim devem ser valorizados e reconhecidos. Parabéns a todos, quem me atendeu e os dois rapazes que foram executar o serviço.
Tem mais, o meu sofá tem um ano, comprei na Mobly (não recomendo) já veio frágil, fazendo barulho etc. Depois de ser desmontado e montado pela equipe, eles colocaram parafusos onde era grampos e os barulhos e balanços sumiram. Estão de parabéns.
I contacted several assemblers at night, the only one who answered was this one, right away. My couch didn't go up the stairs. He asked for photo I sent, he said the value. This at 9 pm I said that at 8 am the next day I would confirm with him, at 8 am I confirmed, he said that until 10:30 the staff would arrive. The staff arrived at 9 am and in 30 minutes they completely dismantled the sofa and assembled it upstairs. Large text because of the quality of services, professionals like this must be valued and recognized. Congratulations to everyone who attended me and the two guys who went to run the service.
There's more, my sofa is a year old, I bought it at Mobly (I don't recommend it) because it was fragile, making noise etc. After being disassembled and assembled by the team, they put screws where it was staples and the noises and swaying were gone. They are to be congratulated.
