★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Nota Zero, comentei com o vendedor o motivo do valor do smartphone a qual eu estava procurando estava tão acima do valor do mercado, o vendedor não gostou e mandou eu questionar a Samsung que ele não tinha nada a ver com aquilo.
Não indico essa loja para ninguém! Caiam Fora!
Customer Service Zero Note, I commented with the seller the reason for the value of the smartphone I was looking for was so above the market value, the seller did not like it and sent me to question Samsung that he had nothing to do with it.
I don't recommend this store to anyone! Get out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já pisei em toda minha vida! Já decidida a comprar o Iphone, eu e meu marido fomos atendidos da pior forma possível. O vendedor disse que "poderíamos olhar, mas ele não tinha estoque", que as promoções já passaram e o valor era alto. Não fizemos nenhuma pergunta e ele se posicionou de maneira mal educado, nos expulsando da loja. Gostaria muito de conversar com o dono da loja, para confirmar se esse atendimento é normal. Sempre compro na loja do Interlagos e sempre sou muito bem atendida. Arrependimento profundo de ter pisado nessa loja Fast Shop do shopping SP Market.
Worst place I've ever stepped in my life! Already decided to buy the Iphone, my husband and I were served in the worst possible way. The seller said that "we could look, but he had no stock", that the promotions have passed and the value was high. We didn't ask any questions and he positioned himself in a rude manner, expelling us from the store. I would love to talk to the store owner to confirm that this service is normal. I always buy at the Interlagos store and I am always very well attended. Deep regret for having stepped on this Fast Shop at SP Market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja incrível, com variedade de produtos e atendimento de ponta, voltado realmente para a satisfação do cliente, e se não encontrar em loja o produto que precisa eles fazem pra chegar em sua casa. Meu produto chegou no dia seguinte ao da compra e isento de frete. Ah sem falar de todo o cuidado e atenção do começo da compra a entrega do pedido. A fastshop esta de parabéns em todos os quesitos inclusive custo e benefício. Eu vou e indico .
Incredible store, with a variety of products and state-of-the-art service, really focused on customer satisfaction, and if you don't find the product you need in store, they make it to get to your home. My product arrived the day after the purchase and exempt from shipping. Ah not to mention all the care and attention from the beginning of the purchase to the delivery of the order. The fastshop is to be congratulated on all aspects including cost and benefit. I go and indicate.
