Sistema de pagamento apos um bloqueio não funciona, oferecendo opçoes no site que carregam para sempre, mostrando a baixa qualidade no design do site/sistema.
Atendentes engessados em razão de nao poderem alterar nada que o sistema nao julgar. Nao permitem a solicitaçao de cancelamento se a fatura estiver vencida e solicitam fotos para solicitar cancelamento apos a fatura estiver paga, porem se o cliente desejar aumentar o plano (e se fidelizar) nao solicitam envio de foto alguma.
Low quality company, dubious system. It offers reliable blocking but issues duplicate invoices, which are due together and prevents unblocking. Payment system after a block does not work, offering options on the website that load forever, showing the low quality in the design of the website/system.
Attendants in plaster because they cannot change anything that the system does not judge. They do not allow cancellation requests if the invoice is overdue and they request photos to request cancellation after the invoice is paid, however if the customer wants to increase the plan (and if they are loyal) they do not request any photos to be sent.
