Depois de receber muitos "nãos" como resposta para o meu tão sonhado quadro que, por trás tem uma história tão linda e cheia de significado, fiquei radiante ao ouvir o "sim" da FastFrame. O desafio de emoldurar em 102cm x 92cm uma imagem tão pequena sem a resolução necessária para essa impressão foi prontamente aceito com muito empenho. Mesmo sem poder comparecer pessoalmente a loja, a Agda com muita paciência e simpatia que só ela têm (rsrs) me participou de todo o processo me deixando muito confiante no profissionalismo dessa equipe. Resultado, não poderia estar mais contente! Agora só preciso aprender seguir meu caminho sem parar por cinco minutos toda vez que passo em frente ao quadro! Kkkk Novamente Obrigadaaa!!!
The positive reviews led me to this beautiful store where I was not only served, I was welcomed through the lovely Agda. After receiving many "no's" in response to my dreamed of painting, which has such a beautiful and meaningful story behind it, I was overjoyed to hear FastFrame's "yes". The challenge of framing such a small image in 102cm x 92cm without the necessary resolution for this print was readily accepted with great effort. Even without being able to personally attend the store, Agda with a lot of patience and sympathy that only she has (lol) participated in the entire process, leaving me very confident in the professionalism of this team. Result, I couldn't be happier! Now I just need to learn to go my way non-stop for five minutes every time I step in front of the board! Kkkk Thanks again!!!

Normalmente, pelo que entendi, a entrega é feita no mesmo dia, porém uma das máquinas utilizadas na fabricação das molduras estava quebrada, então a entrega será feita com um pouco de atraso, mas, mesmo assim, é um prazo razoável.
For starters, the store is beautiful! The framed works and the frames themselves are amazing! In addition, the service is differentiated and attentive. Normally, as I understand it, delivery is made on the same day, but one of the machines used to make the frames was broken, so delivery will be made with a little delay, but even so, it's a reasonable time.
