★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local, possui vários mecânicos, no mesmo local vendem as peças o que facilita bastante os serviços, fazem o orçamento na hora, aceitam várias formas de pagamento, outro ponto favorável a oficina é o fato de observarem outros problemas do carro, fazendo assim uma preventiva.
A oficina trabalha com vários modelos de carro fazendo uma simples troca de lâmpada até mesmo usinando motores batido.
Como há uma demanda alta pelos serviços no local, aconcelhavel chegar cedo para ser atendido de forma rápida, outro ponto em chegar cedo, caso a manutenção requeria uma peça que não tenha no local será pedido ao fornecedor o que pode demandar tempo.
Pontos negativo para o cliente, local de espera desconfortável.
