★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um ditado que diz, a primeira impressão é a que fica. A minha foi a pior possível, péssimo, péssimo o atendimento, parece que você está pedindo ou eles estão te fazendo algum favor. Fiz um pedido onze horas da manhã, e uma hora da tarde vieram me perguntar se eu ainda queria.
Falta de respeito com o cliente, e ainda por cima, não tiveram coragem de se desculpar.
Não te atendem bem nem no telefone, muito menos no whatsapp..
Péssimo, não recomendo.
There's a saying that goes, first impression is what remains. Mine was the worst possible, terrible, terrible service, it seems that you are asking or they are doing you a favor. I placed an order at eleven o'clock in the morning, and at one o'clock in the afternoon they came to ask me if I still wanted it.
Lack of respect for the customer, and on top of that, they didn't have the courage to apologize.
They don't serve you well even on the phone, much less on whatsapp...
Terrible, I don't recommend it.
