 I was well received, all the defects of my vehicle were diagnosed with frankness and clarity by the professional, the amounts charged was fair to the diagnosis of the vehicle and the best thing is that after going through other professionals and not finding a solution, at FC MAX the problem was definitely sorted out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente oficina, profissionais capacitados, não te deixam com dúvidas e faz além do serviço contratado, fui em outras oficinas e sempre fico com "pulga atrás da orelha", mas nessa me senti seguro e o preço justo.
Excellent workshop, trained professionals, they don't leave you with doubts and do beyond the contracted service, I went to other workshops and I always get a "flea behind my ear", but in this one I felt safe and the price was fair.

Segunda vez que fui, o Sr. Fernando, e o filho trocaram a peça que precisava, e efetuei o pagamento.
Terceira vez que fui, Sr. Fernando precisava concluir o serviço que já tinha sido pago...
Acredito que ele estava num dia péssimo, e me tratou igual o seu dia, péssimo. Enfim, sai de lá, extremamente chateado e optei por pagar para outro profissional concluir o serviço.
Alguns podem me chamar de trouxa, eu prefiro ter paz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Sprinter apresentava um barulho na partida a frio (apenas 1 segundo) somente pela manhã! Foi diagnosticada a necessidade de troca do estivador de corrente...por outro "original", feita a substituição, defeito sanado! Prazo respeitado, valor justo!
Recomendo muiiito a empresa familiar!
My Sprinter had a noise on cold start (only 1 second) only in the morning! It was diagnosed the need to exchange the current docker... for another "original", replacement made, defect remedied! Respected deadline, fair value!
I highly recommend the family business!
