★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei contrato em 12 de Agosto nesta loja para serviços de infra-estrutura elétrica, hidráulica, ar condicionado, instalação de pisos, espelhos e box, além de móveis planejados. O vendedor nos disse que em dois meses a obra estaria pronta. Mas hoje 4 meses depois, ainda não há final para esta obra e recebemos a informação de que na última linha do contrato está escrito 90 dias úteis. Houve problema em todas as etapas do projeto e nossas reclamações sempre foram contestadas. A qualidade do trabalho é muito ruim. Eles não tem capacidade para fazer nada além de móveis planejados. Tudo é terceirizado. Eles não tem equipe em todas as áreas como nos disseram. Uma decepção enorme. A dona da loja ligou para meu marido ameaçando me processar por calúnia. Mas terminar a obra nem pensar, né? Muito agressiva e arrogante, sem profissionalismo. Nos prometaram um atendimento vip. Mas seu atendimento é péssimo. Os funcionários mudam toda hora. Não tem continuidade. Combinam uma coisa e fazem outra. Instalam espelho em quarto errado. Não checaram a medida antes de cortar o quartzo. Deixaram o apartamento imundo e hoje me disseram que não fazem limpeza pós-obra. Era um apartamento novo, comprado na planta. Hoje é um apartamento sujo, melecado, encardido e cheio de entulho. Quando vão tirar o entulho? Faz uma semana que "vai ser amanhã".
I signed a contract on August 12th at this store for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, floor, mirror and box installation, as well as custom furniture. The salesman told us that in two months the work would be ready. But today 4 months later, there is still no end to this work and we received the information that the last line of the contract is written 90 working days. There were problems at all stages of the project and our complaints were always disputed. The quality of work is very bad. They have no ability to do anything but planned furniture. Everything is outsourced. They have no staff in all areas as we were told. A huge disappointment. The shopkeeper called my husband threatening to sue me for slander. But finish the work or think, right? Very aggressive and arrogant, without professionalism. In prometaram a VIP service. But their service is terrible. Employees change all the time. It has no continuity. They combine one thing and do another. Install mirror in wrong room. They didn't check the measurement before cutting the quartz. They left the filthy apartment and today they tell me they don't do post-work cleaning. It was a new apartment, bought the plant. Today is a dirty, dirty, grubby, rubble-filled apartment. When are you going to take the rubble? A week that "it will be tomorrow."
