Fui às mesma para solicitar um orçamento de móveis planejados e foi um total descaso, a atendente pegou meu contato, porém após mais de um mês eu que tive que ligar para a loja, pois ninguém entrou contato conosco. Então optamos por fazer nossos planejados em outra loja, onde fomos extremamente bem tratados.
The store has beautiful and excellent quality products, but the experience we had was terrible. I went there to request a budget for planned furniture and it was a total disregard, the attendant took my contact, but after more than a month I had to call the store, as no one contacted us. So we chose to make our plans in another store, where we were treated extremely well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a minha casa de carpintaria. Traziam todas as peças dos modulados inteiras para cortarem no Meu apartamento de 69 metros quadrados. Levou mais de um mês para serem montados os móveis, sendo que os guarda roupas não comprei com eles. Um absurdo!! Poeira e barulho por mais de 01mês. Eu sinalizava para a loja e ela respondia o tempo todo que era assim mesmo. O custo benefício NÃO vale a pena! Móveis caros, e um péssimo atendimento para montar os modulados.
They made my carpentry home. They brought all the pieces of modular whole to cut in my apartment of 69 square meters. It took over a month to be mounted mobile, and the wardrobe did not buy them. Absurd !! Dust and noise for more than 01mês. I signaled to the store and she answered all the time it was anyway. The benefit cost NOT worth it! Expensive furniture, and terrible service to mount the modulated.
