Meu namorado comprou um sofá em março deste ano (que foi entregue no dia seguinte ao da compra) e há algumas semanas apresentou um defeito. Ele só reclamou mesmo ontem, a disseram que hoje os técnicos estariam lá para avaliar. Como combinado, eles foram, avaliaram e constataram que o sofá deveria ser trocado. E HOJE MESMO já entregaram o sofá novo. Estou realmente impressionada com a qualidade do atendimento! Recomendo muito a empresa!
The service is excellent! From sales to after sales, it surpassed my expectations a lot! My boyfriend bought a sofa in March of this year (which was delivered the day after the purchase) and a few weeks ago it had a defect. He only complained yesterday, and was told that today the technicians would be there to evaluate. As agreed, they went, evaluated and found that the sofa should be replaced. AND TODAY they have delivered the new sofa. I'm really impressed with the quality of the service! I highly recommend the company!

E os preços são adequados, alguns itens são mais caros mas outros são menores e acho que valem o que é pago pela qualidade e design, sem exageros como vi em muitas outras lojas de nível semelhante.
I have been very well attended at this furniture and decoration store. There are many quality furniture options and the service is done with great attention and promptness. And the prices are adequate, some items are more expensive but others are smaller and I think they are worth what you pay for the quality and design, without exaggeration as I have seen in many other stores of a similar level.
