â â â â â Banco trabalhando em horĂĄrio reduzido, fila enorme do lado de fora, enquanto os funcionĂĄrios curtem o ar condicionado, os clientes ficam 1 hora passando mal no calor. E ainda por cima, recebemos um pĂ©ssimo atendimento.
Bank working at reduced hours, huge queue outside, while employees enjoy the air conditioning, customers spend 1 hour feeling sick in the heat. On top of that, we received terrible service.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento. Todos os funcionĂĄrios acham que qualquer pessoa estĂĄ indo lĂĄ pra resolver coisas do auxĂlio emergencial, sendo que existe mil motivos pra vocĂȘ estar indo no banco e querendo falar com a atendente.
A maioria das funcionĂĄrias tudo mal educada e com mĂĄ vontade de atender os clientes.
Se eu pudesse, jamais teria aberto uma conta nesse banco.
Terrible attendance. All employees think that anybody is going there to solve emergency aid things, and there are a thousand reasons why you are going to the bank and want to talk to the attendant.
Most of the employees are all rude and unwilling to serve customers.
If I could, I would never have opened an account with that bank.

â â â â â No dia 10 de Janeiro, uma funcionĂĄria destratou (humilhou) uma senhora, enfatizando que determinados serviços deveriam ser feitos nos caixas eletrĂŽnicos. PorĂ©m, nĂŁo adianta informar aos funcionĂĄrios que estes caixas eletrĂŽnicos sempre estĂŁo com problema, parece que sĂł eles que nĂŁo sabem.
Fora a pĂ©ssima qualidade dos serviços ofertados por este banco, o que inclui esta agĂȘncia. HĂĄ muito tempo a minha esposa nĂŁo consegue realizar determinadas atividades neste banco, pois nenhuma agĂȘncia da Caixa quer auxiliĂĄ-la, atividades extremamente simples que qualquer banco faz (menos a Caixa). Isso que ela foi em agĂȘncias em quatro cidades em dois diferentes estados brasileiros.
Tenho pena dos clientes que apenas tem este banco, como determinados funcionĂĄrios pĂșblicos, por exemplo.
