Liguei para saber como fazia para receber a minha aposentadoria e FGTS em uma possível conta corrente que tinha nesta agência, mas fiquei quase 20 minutos de uma ligação para outra, telefone mudo ou as vezes ouvindo vozes, até que a mesma atendente voltou a falar e disse que agência estava lotada e só poderia me atender no dia seguinte seguinte. Fala sério!!!!! É assim que o governo nos trata, com total descaso. Vou procurar um Banco particular.
 Terrible. I called to find out how I was able to receive my retirement and FGTS in a possible checking account I had at this agency, but I stayed almost 20 minutes from a call to another, a silent phone or sometimes hearing voices, until the same attendant spoke again and he said that the agency was full and he could only see me the next day. Speaks seriously!!!!! That is how the government treats us, with total disregard. I'm going to look for a private bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa deu entrada no seguro desemprego pelo app porém colocou a conta erra a e foi depositado em uma conta antiga que minha esposa tinha quando morava em Recife quando chegamos nem deixaram ela entrar falou que tinha que ser pelo whatsapp nisso minha esposa falou com a central e disseram que ela tinha que falar com gerente que resolvia e mesmo assim eles colocaram a maior dificuldade nesse momento minha esposa está lá tentando pegar o dinheiro desse conta que é caixa e eles dizem que não t acesso pra colocar na outra conta que é da caixa tbm e até agora não saiu faz mais de uma hora que ela está lá dentro e até agora nada isso sim que é um desrespeito com o cidadão.
My wife was registered for unemployment insurance through the app but put the wrong account and it was deposited in an old account that my wife had when she lived in Recife when we arrived or even let her in. She said it had to be through WhatsApp, my wife spoke to the central and they said that she had to talk to a manager who solved it and even then they put the biggest difficulty at that moment my wife is there trying to take the money from this account that is a cashier and they say that they do not have access to put it in the other account that is also in the cashier and until now it has not been more than an hour since she has been in it and so far nothing like that is a disrespect for the citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi péssima, minha mãe tem limitação físicas e psicológica, perguntei sobre atendimento preferencial e a moça falou que tinha que aguardar na fila do lado de fora e um som de rachar mamona, quando chegou a minha mãe já estava passando mal pedi pra abrir a porta lateral pra minha mãe entrar e outra decepção, atendentes despreparados e um guarda que parecia um cone! Lamentável o desrespeito com idosos e pessoas com limitações!
The experience was terrible, my mother has physical and psychological limitations, I asked about preferential care and the girl said she had to wait in line outside and a cracking castor sound, when my mother arrived she was already feeling sick and asked to open it the side door for my mother to enter and another disappointment, unprepared attendants and a guard that looked like a cone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes da porta de entrada barram o cliente, sem educação nenhuma, como se trabalhassem forçadas. Péssima impressão, para aqueles que se dirigem à CEF para uma abertura de conta. Em pé, alí mesmo perguntam se trouxe documentos originais e cópias. Não deixam vc entrar para conversar com um gerente.
The front door attendants bar the customer, without any manners, as if they were forced to work. Bad impression, for those who go to the CEF to open an account. Standing there, they ask if you brought original documents and copies. They won't let you in to talk to a manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, pelas avaliações aqui parece que eles estão se lixando. Ridículo um banco em que pra abrir conta vc tenha que levar todos os documentos já impressos. Faturam milhões com taxas e não oferecem ao menos uma impressão de documentos . Aliás, não deveriam oferecer né. Deveriam dar, já que você está indo deixar mais dinheiro com eles. Patético!
Well, from the reviews here it looks like they're giving a shit. Ridiculous a bank in which to open an account you have to take all the documents already printed. They make millions with fees and do not offer even one document printing. In fact, they shouldn't be offering it. They should, since you're going to leave more money with them. Pathetic!
