★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Banco que já frequentei em São José. Muita falta de respeito e consideração. Descaso total....não recomendo para ninguém pois ninguém merece ficar esperando 2 horas para um atendimento simples e rápido.
Worst Bank I've ever seen in São José. Lack of respect and consideration. Total lack .... I do not recommend to anyone because nobody deserves to be waiting 2 hours for a simple and fast service.

Tem bastante funcionarios nessa agência e a triagem com senha facilita mto pois ali ja resolve bastante coisa antes de entrar no banco e evita ficar cheio la dentro. Acho q é a melhor caixa de SJC as outras são muito cheias. Tenho ate medo de dizer isso e essa ficar ruim tbm igual as outras kkkkk
I went on three consecutive days and the service was very fast. There are a lot of employees in this agency and the screening with password facilitates mto since there already solves a lot before entering the bank and avoids getting full inside. I think it is the best box of SJC the others are very full. I'm even afraid to say that and this one gets bad also the other kkkkk
