 Very long service, I spent more than 3 hours out in the sun, I entered the agency at 11: 08 and left at 13: 47, when I saw there was only one cashier to attend to everything .... horrible, WANT TO FEEL HUMILIATED? COME TO THE BOX VC TBM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito demorado, os atendentes praticamente não tem educação, principalmente os de início, liga ninguém atende e quando atende desliga, sinceramente me senti humilhada. Acho que deveriam mudar muita coisa lá.
The service takes a long time, the attendants are practically uneducated, especially at the beginning, no one answers and when they answer, they hang up, I honestly felt humiliated. I think they should change a lot there.

Terrible service. Slow. Phones forwarded no one answers. MY AGENCY CARD HAS EXPIRED 5 MONTHS AGO AND NO ONE RESOLVES ANYTHING. I WILL ASK FOR PORTABILITY. Even the guards think they own the AGENCY. THICK GUARDS. THEY LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN CONTAMINATED WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BOX.
