★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não for para serem atendidos pela Cristina ou Fernando ou algo restrito aquela agência, não recomendo. Lotada até o teto. Banheiro imundo. Não há ninguém na portaria. Apenas um motoboy estorquindo dinheiro dos clientes, que tem direito por lei ao estacionamento preferencial. O mesmo nos ameaçou e empurrou o portão em direção ao carro se não dessemos dinheiro a ele, que supostamente teria conseguido esta vaga. Um atendente lá dentro na porta rotatória ignorante que não deixa o acompanhante das pessoas, necessitadas de cuidados especiais , entrar. Enfim, o caos. Evitem!
If not to be attended by Cristina or Fernando or something restricted to that agency, I don't recommend it. Crowded to the ceiling. Filthy bathroom. There is no one at the concierge. Just a motorcycle courier who is wanting money from customers, who are entitled by law to preferential parking. O meu caso é coisa simples, e eu moro no interior não posso viajar quase 300 km pra ir na agência resolver coisa que pode ser por telefone.
ALGUEM SABE UM NUMERO QUE ELES ATENDAM?

My case is simple, and I live in the countryside, I can't travel almost 300 km to go to the agency to solve something that can be over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima agência, não escolha essa agência para resolver absolutamente nada, vai perder o dia todo em uma operação simples. Filas exorbitantes o mês inteiro, não há dias de pouco movimento. Você fica em uma fila enorme do lado de fora da agência para poder pegar uma senha e depois da senha é 3, 4 até 5 horas para ser atendido, um verdadeiro ABSURDO!
Terrible agency, do not choose this agency to solve absolutely nothing, you will lose all day in a simple operation. Exorbitant queues all month, there are no days of little movement. Quando entenderem que o salário deles é dinheiro público e quem paga somos nós população, aí sim vão ver que eles não estão fazendo favor e sim cumprindo com o papel! Vergonha! Nunca vi tanta gente mal educada em um lugar só!
Worst agency ever! The people who organize it are just ignorant! It seems that they are doing you a favor... When they understand that their salary is public money and we are the people who pay, then they will see that they are not doing a favor, but fulfilling their role! Shame! Fiz um deposito em um caixa eletrônico da caixa Econômica de mesejana e somplimente sumiu meu deposito, e pelo o fato de não ter mais em mãos o comprovante tenho que provar que eu fiz o deposito. pedi pra olharem nas cameras e o gerente disse que ue tinha procurar a policia pra fazer um boletim de ocorrência
Agency doesn't care about the customer
I made a deposit in an ATM at the Caixa Econômica de mesejana and my deposit just disappeared, and because I no longer have the receipt, I have to prove that I made the deposit. I asked them to look at the cameras and the manager said I had to go to the police to file a report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem duvidas uma das piores agências da Caixa Econômica Federal de Fortaleza. São muitas pessoas direcionada à agência que não dá conta para o tamanho da demanda. Você se submete a chegar às 8h da manhã para conseguir uma pre-senha, em uma fila que já está quilométrica… depois de 4h esperando você consegue a senha para o atendimento dentro da agência, depois de mais 1h e 30min esperando você consegue de fato o atendimento…
Se você necessita abrir uma conta na Caixa, não busque essa agência. Se você busca qualquer serviço que possa ser resolvido nesse banco, busque outra agência, mesmo que mais longe, aqui é terapia para o desespero.
Ps: Os colaboradores são super esforçados, a dificuldade é direcionar todas as pessoa da região para essa agência.
Undoubtedly one of the worst branches of Caixa Econômica Federal in Fortaleza. There are many people directed to the agency that cannot handle the size of the demand. You submit to arrive at 8 am to get a ticket, in a queue that is already kilometer long… after 4 hours of waiting you get the ticket for the service inside the agency, after another 1h and 30min waiting you actually get it the service…
If you need to open an account at Caixa, do not go to this branch. If you are looking for any service that can be resolved in this bank, look for another agency, even if further away, here is therapy for despair.
Ps: The employees are super hardworking, the difficulty is to direct everyone in the region to this agency.
