Fiz uma ligação e obtive com sucesso, UMA DESLIGADA EM MINHA CARA. Isso porque fui cordial e educada ao questionar uma "dívida" que teria chegado em minha casa, a qual nunca contraí (muito provavelmente, uma fraude ridícula).
Funcionária que me atendeu não sabia esclarecer o que era e nem o jeito de se resolver, achou a melhor alternativa em desligar o telefone na minha cara e não atender as ligações que fiz subsequentes.
Agência péssima.
 Negligence with the consumer.
I made a call and got successfully, ONE DISCONNECTED IN MY FACE. That's because I was cordial and polite when questioning a "debt" that would have arrived at my home, which I never contracted (most likely, a ridiculous fraud).
The employee who answered me did not know what it was or how to resolve it, found the best alternative to hang up on me and not answer the subsequent calls.
Lousy agency.

Sou de outra cidade, fui uma vez aí não resolveu meu problema e passaram o telefone pra gente entrar em contato só que ligo o dia todo e ninguém atende

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade não merece estrela nenhuma, profissionais sem atenção alguma para com os clientes, uma desorganização, pessoas aguardando na fila mais de 5 horas em pé, no sol. Fila de prioridade??? Coitados prioridade nenhuma… falta de respeito com os clientes dessa agência.
In fact it doesn't deserve any stars, professionals without any attention to their customers, a disorganization, people waiting in line for more than 5 hours standing in the sun. Priority queue??? Poor priority, no priority… lack of respect for this agency's clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como é qualquer outro banco de qualquer cidade do país, não é este que vai ser diferente. Possui enrolas, atrasos, má ano final acaba que resolvendo ou não o problema de todos.
Bem seguro, organizado e limpo, se encontra numa esquina que é uma ótima localização, tem acesso a outras ruas, super fácil.
Os caixas eletrônicos sempre funcionando, com algumas filas em determinados horários que é super normal. Enfim
Like any other bank in any city in the country, this is not going to be different. It has a lot of delays, bad final year that ends up solving or not everyone's problem.
Very safe, organized and clean, it is on a corner that is a great location, has access to other streets, super easy.
ATMs always working, with some queues at certain times which is super normal. Anyway
