★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já comprei dois móveis lá e, realmente tem preço muito bom, porém em ambos tive problema quanto ao pós venda. No primeiro, um guarda-roupa, veio faltando os pés, pelos quais paguei a mais inclusive, e só me entregaram, sem montá-los dias depois e o pior, tive que ir na loja retirar. No segundo, foi uma cômoda, comprada em 09/01/21 e, quando o entregador foi descer o móvel do caminhão, ele quebrou um dos pés. Disse que iria trocar na segunda feira seguinte. Porém só trocou na terça, após eu ligar muitas vezes. A loja até mesmo não atendia meu telefonema, até que passou a responder pelo Whatsapp. É de um descaso sem igual o atendimento quando o cliente tem um problema, mesmo que simples como o meu. Na hora de pagar foi tudo bem, inclusive tive que PAGAR na hora, logicamente... não podia ser diferente, mas olha, depois da segunda vez tendo esse desgosto, jamais comprarei lá de novo!!!!! prefiro pagar mais, mas ter um bem intacto e, caso possua um problema, que ele seja resolvido!
I already bought two pieces of furniture there and it really has a very good price, but in both I had a problem with the after sales. In the first, a wardrobe, my feet were missing, for which I paid more, even, and they just handed me over, without assembling them days later and the worst, I had to go to the store to pick them up. In the second, it was a dresser, bought on 01/09/21 and, when the delivery man went to get the furniture out of the truck, he broke one of his feet. He said he would change the following Monday. But it only changed on Tuesday, after I called many times. The store didn't even answer my call, until it started to respond by Whatsapp. It is an unparalleled neglect of service when the customer has a problem, even if it is as simple as mine. When it was time to pay it was all right, I even had to PAY it on the spot, of course ... it couldn't be different, but look, after the second time having this grief, I will never buy there again !!!!! I prefer to pay more, but have a good intact and, if you have a problem, let it be solved!
