Se der sorte do produto chegar com qualidade ok!
Mas se chegar com avaria..senta e espera.. Pessimo atendimento.. 20 dias uteis pra visita tecnica..tantos dias uteis para avaliaçao..mais tantos dias uteis para isso e para aquilo...estou esperando a mais de um mes a entrega de uma peça que chegou com defeito..para finalmente conseguir montar.

If you're lucky the product arrives with quality ok!
But if it arrives with malfunction..sits and waits .. Poor service .. 20 working days for technical visit.so many working days for evaluation..more so many working days for this and that ... I'm waiting for more than a month the delivery of a part that arrived defective..to finally be able to assemble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque meu móvel veio com defeito e trocaram 4 vezes a peça e as 4 com defeito novamente desisti de trocar e nunca mais compro nada nessa loja já foi a segunda vez q tive o mesmo problema
Because my furniture came with a defect and they changed the part 4 times and the 4 defective again, I gave up on changing it and I never buy anything from this store again, it was the second time that I had the same problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem móveis lá se for urgente , oferece bons preços e bom atendimento , mas eles só informam que o produto vai chegar depois de 30 dias depois da compra ou falam que vai ser encomendado e a entrega vai demorar e cobram para montagem.
Do not buy furniture there if it is urgent, offers good prices and good service, but they only say that the product will arrive after 30 days after purchase or say it will be ordered and delivery will take time and charge for assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, gostaria muito de lembrar o nome do vendedor para não rotular os outros. Mas já é a segunda vez que sou mal atendido nessa loja. O cara quis fechar venda na hora e quando eu disse que faria uma pesquisa antes de fechar uma compra (o que é mais do que óbvio) e antes de falar qualquer outra coisa ele praticamente me expulsou da loja "agradecendo a visita" e que "estaria ali" caso eu voltasse. A ironia da palavra não muda o comportamento e a expressão corporal. Você só será bem atendido se comprar, fato. Isso demostra a baixa qualidade desse vendedor. Que pensa apenas de forma imediata. Já falei pra muitos colegas sobre o ocorrido e vários concordaram pois já perceberam isso. Enfim. Não recomendo mesmo! Os clientes não merecem ser tratados com indiferença e desrespeito apenas porque estão pesquisando. Muito amadorismo.
Terribly, I would very much like to remember the seller's name so as not to label others. But it's already the second time I've been poorly served at this store. The guy wanted to close the sale on time and when I said he would do a research before closing a purchase (which is more than obvious) and before saying anything else he practically kicked me out of the store "thanking you for the visit" and that " would be there "if I came back. The irony of the word does not change behavior and body expression. You will only be well served if you buy, fact. This demonstrates the poor quality of this seller. That thinks only immediately. I have already told many colleagues about what happened and many agreed because they already realized that. Anyway. I really don't recommend it! Customers do not deserve to be treated with indifference and disrespect just because they are researching. Very amateurish.
