LIGUEI PARA SOLICITAR A TROCA, A ATENDENTE MANDOU EU ENTRAR EM CONTATO COM Q FINQNCEIRA DO CARTÃO PARA EU SOLICITAR O ESTORNO.
NÃO ACEITEI POIS O ERRO NÃO FOI MEU.
ENTÃO CONVERSEI COM O SR. FELIPE ( DONO) O MESMO SE DESCULPOU E DISSE QUE ESTARIA ME RESSARCIR NO DIA SEGUINTE.

Terrible! I ordered a 40cm pizza + sweet sprout + 2L coca cola + spiced mayonnaise jar.
Delivery forecast 21:28, I received close to 00hs.
FOR MY SURPRISE IT WAS WRONG, HAMBURGER BOAT.
I CALLED TO REQUEST THE EXCHANGE, THE ATTENDANT CALLED ME TO CONTACT THE FINANCIAL Q OF THE CARD TO REQUEST THE AGREEMENT.
I DIDN'T ACCEPT BECAUSE THE ERROR WAS NOT MY.
THEN I TALKED WITH MR. FELIPE (OWNER) THE SAME EXCUSED AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BE RESURRECTED THE NEXT DAY.
I WAS IN WAIT I DIDN'T RETURN, I CONTACTED THE AGENT ATTENDANT AGAIN I MRSMO REQUEST THE AGREEMENT.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.
OBS I WAS INJURED WITH A SNACK I DID NOT ORDER, AND I PAID FOR IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz um pedido ontem e levou 2 horas de atrasado. Deram o pedido como entregue, sendo que não tinha recebido o mesmo. Desisti e deu tempo para fazer e comer a janta. E o motoboy só foi chegar às 3 da manhã apenas. O pedido foi feito antes das 00:00. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Bad service, I placed an order yesterday and it was 2 hours late. They gave the order as delivered, and had not received the same. I gave up and gave time to make and eat dinner. And the motoboy only arrived at 3 in the morning. The order was placed before 00:00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
