★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei realizar o alinhamento da minha Kombi 2010 e não consegui, pois, a resposta que o funcionário me deu era que o equipamento não aguentava o meu carro, essa resposta me soou claramente como descaso, pois, não tem cabimento.
I tried to perform the alignment of my Kombi 2010 and could not, therefore, the answer to the clerk gave me was that the equipment could not take my car, that answer me clearly sounded like contempt therefore has no place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomem muito cuidado com essa oficina. Eles pedem para fazer um monte de coisa no seu que nem precisa e são bons argumentadores. Só percebi que fui enrolado quando fui em outra oficina. Fui fazer alinhamento e balanceamento dos meus pneus, ficou super caro o serviço e não adiantou nada. Avalie bem antes de levar o seu carro nessa oficina, eles são espertos.
Be very careful with this workshop. They ask you to do a lot of things in yours that you don't even need and are good arguers. I only realized that I was rolled up when I went to another workshop. I went to do the alignment and balancing of my tires, the service was super expensive and it didn't help. Evaluate well before taking your car in this workshop, they are smart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Gerente que acredito ser o dono é grosso, não sabe atender o cliente. Comprei 4 pneus no Extra e ganhei a troca e alinhamento grátis pelo extra e me encaminharam pra esse comércio. Porém fizeram na maior má vontade e ainda o gerente forçou que eu voltasse em outro dia.
Se for pra dar esse tipo de atendimento, Não faça esse tipo de parceria com o Extra. Não recomendo a Ninguém mesmo.
Saibam tratar seus clientes e funcionários. Eles que mantém sua empresa em funcionamento.
Terrible attendance. The manager I believe to be the owner is thick, doesn't know how to serve the client. I bought 4 tires at Extra and won the free exchange and alignment for the extra and they sent me to this trade. However, they did it with the greatest ill will and yet the manager forced me to return the other day.
If you are going to give this type of assistance, do not make this type of partnership with Extra. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Know how to treat your customers and employees. They keep your business up and running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível tentei economizar tempo deixando o carro e indo fazer mercado e só gastei dinheiro! Primeira coisa que eu acho que era o dono qie foi me falar que eu precisava fazer 2 cambagens ou trocar um dos amortecedores, só fui pra montar 2 pneus e o cara já condenou meu amortecedor, meu carro está com 38 mil km , mesmo assim insisti e mandei só montar alinhar e balancear, ficou horrível não me deram nota e vou ter que levar em oitra oficina! É furada caia fora dessa Oficina
Horrible I tried to save time leaving the car and going to the market and just spent money! First thing I think was the owner who told me that I needed to do 2 changes or change one of the shock absorbers, I just went to mount 2 tires and the guy already condemned my shock absorber, my car is 38 thousand km long, even so I insisted and I just had it assembled, aligned and balanced, it was horrible they didn't give me a note and I'll have to take it in the eighth workshop! It's stuck get out of this workshop
