★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fechei negócio, realizei um orçamento presencial, onde fui procurando a marca Landirenzo, que inclusive tem cartaz em todos os cantos da loja, o gerente me passou o valor, mas só falou de outra marca um pouco mais caro que era melhor de todas, a mais completa, mais confiável, com melhor assistência e melhores peças, uma tal STAR REVOLUTION, deve ser tão boa que nem mesmo o Google achou ND sobre ela, e quanto liguei e perguntei para a atendente o nome novamente a mesma disse não conhecer, e inclusive foi tirar a dúvida com o gerente.
Para vender essa marca, a instalação poderia ser feita até no mesmo dia, quando retornei para fechar mas com a marca Landirenzo, a situação mudou totalmente, respostas grosserias, dizendo que tudo ficaria uma Merd*, que a marca não presta, que o carro não ficaria bom, quando eu perguntei então porq eles vendem, só falou vendemos oq o cliente quer, mas já vou avisando que não vai prestar.
Com um pré Venda dessas, advinha se voltarei para qualquer negócio.
E ainda mais, quem colocou qualquer Kit Landirenzo, pode se preocupar, se foi vendido e insatado na Fortegas, certeza que não ficou bom, mas se foi feito em outro local, com qualidade acertaram na escolha, instalei no meu carro, e até agora nada a reclamar, pelo contrário só economia, trabalho com App, e estou fazendo 16 km /m3 com o gás.

To sell this brand, the installation could be done on the same day, when I returned to close, but with the Landirenzo brand, the situation changed completely, rude responses, saying that everything would be a shit*, that the brand is no good, that the car it wouldn't be good, when I asked why they sell, they just said we sell what the customer wants, but I'm warning you that it won't do.
With a pre-sale like this, I could guess if I'll go back to any business.
And even more, whoever placed any Landirenzo Kit, you can worry, if it was sold and installed at Fortegas, I'm sure it wasn't good, but if it was made elsewhere, with quality, they made the right choice, I installed it in my car, and until now nothing to complain about, on the contrary only economy, I work with App, and I'm doing 16 km / m3 with gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso, boca de porco, não tem um pingo de consideração pelo cliente, um colaborador faz o serviço e outros três ficam conversando e mexendo no celular ao envés de ajudar, uma demora sem fim para terminar o serviço, não indico a ninguém ou se vc tiver precisando passar um estresse é só levar o carro nesse lugar.
Neglect, pig mouth, doesn't have an ounce of consideration for the customer, one employee does the service and three others are talking and using their cell phone instead of helping, an endless delay to finish the service, I don't recommend it to anyone or if you you need to go through a stress just take the car there.
