Fiz um pedido pelo aplicativo Zé delivery e meu pedido não chegou até agora. A distribuidora confirmou o pedido e inclusive entrou em contato comigo informando que chegaria dois fardos de cerveja sem gelo.
A previsão era para 20h25 a entrega e não chegou até agora (22h11).
Achei um descaso pois tentei ligar diversas vezes e não me atenderam, não ligaram posicionando
O arraso. Nunca mais farei pedido a vocês e meus amigos aqui presente hoje também não.

I placed an order for the Zé delivery application and my order has not arrived so far. The distributor confirmed the order and even contacted me informing that two bales of beer without ice would arrive.
The forecast was for 20h25 delivery and has not arrived so far (22h11).

A atendente que deu o nome de "CLÉLIA" desligava na nossa cara e fingia tentar localizar o motoboy. Pura enganação!!! Não sabem trabalhar, ludibriam o consumidor!

I asked for Zé Delivery and the order never arrived, we stayed 3 hours waiting!
The attendant who gave the name "CLÉLIA" hung up on us and pretended to try to locate the courier. Pure deception !!! They don't know how to work, they deceive the consumer!

Atendente muito mal educada perguntei sobre a isenção da taxa de de entrega não soube responder pois moro na lapa,deveria ser isento da taxa de entrega, sou cliente de voces desde o antigo endereço acho que mereço mais atencao.
Agora vou lavar as garrafas que estão muito sujas
