A empresa é bem localizada e atende caminhões e veículos menores em fous ambientes idolafid.
O preço justo só agrega o trabalho de excelência realizado por eles.
Tive o vidro do meu carro substituído, depois de uma frustrada tentativa de roubo, de forma rápida e eficiente.
Muito bom ser atendido por uma empresa que, na pessoa de seus empregados, valoriza o cliente.
Obrigado por me ajudar num momento de crise.

Tive a grata surpresa ...
Lá está a loja e vários funcionários antigos inclusive o gerente com a mesma simpatia, educação, cortesia...
Detalhe (não moro mais em SP)
Por isso não utilizei serviços deles

Excelência é a palavra que define e com um preço justo, A experiência com o serviço prestado foi tão perfeito que temos a sensação que devíamos pagar mais, o serviço de vedação lateral ficou impecável, choveu no mesmo dia e até houve vazamento, mandaram eu retornar para verificar o vazamento e este era por uma perfuração no teto , nada haver com o serviço lateral realizado, e pra minha surpresa eles ainda sim prestaram auxilio e vedaram a perfuração até que fizesse um reparo com funileiro para não acontecer de molhar internamente e para minha surpresa não cobraram absolutamente nada .
Eu que fiz questão de ao menos dar uma gorjeta ao profissional.
No mesmo dia choveu intensamente e foi zero vazamento.
Só tenho a agradecer e super indico para que todos possam ter está experiência de excelência.
Com toda certeza por traz desta equipe há um gerenciamento muito talentoso.Parabens a Fermit
The commitment and dedication to service was unparalleled, literally fulfilling more than expected. Excellence is the word that defines it and with a fair price, The experience with the service provided was so perfect that we have the feeling that we should pay more, the side fence service was impeccable, it rained on the same day and there was even a leak, they sent me back to check the leak and it was due to a perforation in the ceiling, nothing to do with the side service performed, and to my surprise they still helped and sealed the perforation until I repaired it with a tinker so it wouldn't get wet inside and for my Surprise they didn't charge anything at all.
I made a point of at least tipping the professional.
On the same day it rained heavily and there was zero leakage.
I just have to thank you and I highly recommend it so that everyone can have this experience of excellence.
Certainly behind this team there is a very talented management.Congratulations to Fermit
