★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é boa mas tem um vendedor arrogante que não sabe nada e se acha especialista informando erradamente sobre a composição dos materiais, presenciei esse vendedor dando informações erradas a vários clientes levando o consumidor ao erro. Treinem melhor e informe que vendedor é só vendedor e nada mais. Cabe ressaltar que, apesar de, há excelentes vendedores na loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem como dar zero, o negócio é dar uma estrela. A 6 meses compro na Jet, vendedores atendem bem. Porém, no último sábado liguei e pedi para entregar massa pva, passado meia hora, o pedreiro me pede mais argamassa, liguei e perguntei se já estava na rua a entrega se dava para incluir a argamassa, já estava na rua! Perguntei se poderia entregar na segunda feira, no primeiro horário, resposta"sim"! Hoje segunda, fiquei aguardando e pedindo informações ao vendedor sobre a entrega, e a resposta é está chegando aí, e nada. Fui até a loja as 11:30 para cancelar, e pedi para falar com responsável sobre o ocorrido, afinal ele é o mais interessado em ter clientes, e a resposta foi " não posso falar com ele agora". Sai da loja e estou aqui relatando que essa loja não terá mais eu como cliente, tamanha falta de respeito com o cliente. Talvez quando ele olhar meu histórico de compra venha se arrepender e arrumará tempo para ouvir o verdadeiro patrão.

Primeiramente quero me apresentar,me chamo Kátia sou gerente da loja em questão .Em resposta ao seu relato a sua entrega estava programada para o período da manhã sem ser especificado nenhum horário determinado. A sua entrega já estava em nosso caminhão para ser feita dentro do período. Porém devido a sua urgência do dia não foi possível esperar.
Você esteve em nossa loja para relatar o ocorrido ao qual nossa colaboradora prontamente o informou que estaria me chamando para atende-lo. Porém você informou que queria falar com o proprietário, ao qual naquele momento estava em reunião, mas de forma alguma se negou a atende-lo. Dentro da minha função estou prontamente na loja para ouvir,ajudar todos os nossos clientes,sanar qualquer problema ou dúvidas. Tratamos nossos clientes com todo respeito isso aqui é regra, estamos aqui para alinhar toda e qualquer situação para que possamos deixar nossos clientes satisfeitos. Pois prezamos pelo bom atendimento e satisfação de forma geral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, a equipe que atendia antes era bem mais pacientes com os clientes, antes vc comprava o item mais simples e tinha um atendimento impecável, agora se vc compra pouco tem uma senhora lá que só falta te levar no caixa rápido, pra ir atender o próximo, isso é o mau de pagar comissão pra vendedor, perde qualidade nos pequenos atendimentos, porque não tem outra explicação... Não são todos que são assim, mas nas últimas duas vezes tive essa impressão e presenciei o atendimento de outro cliente assim. Quanto a preço e variedade recomendo..
