Praticamente todos os dias ela nos dava um retorno, mesmo que fosse para dizer que não havia atualização. Em nenhum momento ela tentou apressar ou forçar a compra do imóvel.
Nos explicou todas as etapas do processo antes de fecharmos a compra e nos auxiliou em todos os procedimentos.
Sempre deixou claro os prazos e custos envolvidos e também o que poderia dar “errado” em cada etapa do processo evitando assim surpresas desagradáveis. Em nenhum momento tivemos aquela sensação de “ninguém me avisou disso antes”.
