Poor service, they do not respond to messages and when they answer they are rude, as if they were going to do me a favor. Luckily there are many real estate agents in the city

Combinamos de ela retornar para reagendamos novo horário quando estivesse com as chaves do imóvel, porém nunca retornou (Falei com a Patrícia).
I got in touch (a few hours before the visit) to confirm the scheduled visit to a property, but the broker said I could not attend. We arranged for her to return to reschedule a new time when she had the keys to the property, but she never returned (I spoke to Patricia).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando responderam a mensagem apenas falaram que já um imóvel já estava locado. Não deram nenhum suporte ou se gostaríamos de ver alguma outra coisa. Não gostamos desse atendimento
When they replied to the message, they just said that a property was already leased. Didn't give any support or if we'd like to see something else. We don't like this service
