★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei antes de ir a loja para saber se tinha o produto que eu queria, graças a Deus não perdi meu tempo indo ate a loja fui atendida pelo Fernando por telefone que segundo ele é supervisor da loja kkkk nossa imagina os funcionários né, perguntei com quem eu falava pra educadamente me referir a ele pelo nome perguntei três vezes onde se recusou a falar voltando a falar o nome da loja como se eu não soubesse onde eu estava ligando, disse a ele que gostaria de falar com o gerente dele que citou ser o mesmo e ainda me perguntou que bicho me mordeu, não fui ate a loja não vou e não recomendo ja pelo primeiro atendimento por telefone, pessimooooo perdeu um cliente de grande potencial por falta de educação e comunicação com pessoas.
I called before going to the store to find out if I had the product I wanted, thank God I didn't waste my time going to the store I was answered by Fernando by phone that according to him is the store supervisor kkkk imagine the employees right, I asked with whom I would politely refer to him by name I asked three times where he refused to speak back to speak the name of the store as if I did not know where I was calling I told him I would like to talk to his manager who mentioned being the same and still asked me what animal bit me, I did not go to the store I will not and do not recommend the first call by phone, pessimooooo lost a customer of great potential for lack of education and communication with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM Atendimento péssimo, tratam o cliente com ignorância só por que desisti de comprar o parafuso, que era caríssimo R$5,50 reais cada parafuso. É um absurdo!!! Comprei em outra loja paguei na Tony parafoso R$0,80. Fica a dica.
DO NOT BUY Lousy service, they treat the customer with ignorance just because I gave up buying the screw, which was expensive R $ 5.50 reais each screw. It's an absurd!!! I bought at another store I paid R $ 0.80 at Tony parafoso. Here's the tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei caríssimo de quatro extensores e seis parafusos. Realmente um preço absurdo, mas comprei porque precisava. Quando cheguei em casa os parafusos ainda eram a rosca errada, não consegui usar o material.
I paid dearly for four extenders and six screws. Really an absurd price, but I bought it because I needed it. When I got home the screws were still the wrong thread, I couldn't use the material.

Leiam os comentários antes de ir.... não fui o primeiro a pagar muito mais caro por um produto....
Comprei um barra roscada por incríveis R$ 48,00.
Achei caro, mas não imaginava o quanto era irreal esse valor.
Fui em duas outras lojas de mareias de construção, em uma custava R$ 6,00 e na outra R$ 8,00.
ou seja6 ou 7 vezes mais caro......
NUNCA MAIS!!!!!

I bought a threaded bar for an incredible R $ 48.00.
I thought it was expensive, but I couldn't imagine how unreal that value was.
I went to two other construction stores, one cost R $ 6.00 and the other R $ 8.00.
ie 6 or 7 times more expensive ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços Exorbitantes. Atendimento ruim. Precisava de um parafuso e fui lá. Expliquei ao atendente e ele me mostrou o que eu procurava. Perguntei o preço, ele não respondeu e retrucou perguntando quantos eu precisava. Quando eu disse 6 e novamente perguntei quanto era, ele separou 6 e embalou os 6, sem me dizer o preço. No fim, já com os parafusos embalados, disse que custava R$25,00. Agradeci e sai sem comprar. Não diz o preço até ter tudo o que você precisa embalado e aí tenta fazer a venda com preços exorbitantes na base do constrangimento. Não recomendo.
Exorbitant Prices. Bad service. I needed a screw and went there. I explained to the attendant and he showed me what I was looking for. I asked the price, he didn't answer and replied asking how many I needed. When I said 6 and again asked how much it was, he took 6 and packed the 6 without telling me the price. In the end, with the screws already packed, he said it cost R$25.00. I thanked and left without buying. Do not say the price until you have everything you need packed and then try to sell at exorbitant prices based on embarrassment. I do not recommend.
