Quando uma atendente super nojenta, arrogante e mesquinha e egoísta se dirigiu a mim, quando fui questionar um coala a qual comprei na loja, e com pouco tempo perdeu totalmente o cheiro. Essa pessoa insuportável, disse q não era problema da loja, e q eu entrasse em contato com a empresa q fábrica. Agora sai q fica mais fácil comprar direito na indústria, pois pelo menos alguém me ajuda quando tiver algum problema, ao invés de visar só lucro.
Estou aborrecida, sua empresa hj merece meu ZERO.
