Péssima experiência além de prejuízo financeiro, uma vez que vc ficará sem embalagem para seu produto. Dois pedidos e em nenhum cumpriram o prazo, promessas vazias, só fazendo passar nervoso. Compromisso e empatia ZERO com o cliente.

SE EU TIVESSE VISTO AS AVALIACOES AQUI NEM MANTERIA CONTATO. NO MINIMO DECEPCIONANTE E FRUSTANTE E NOS DIZERES DA EMPRESA ESTAO ASSIM "VOCE PODE CONTAR COM A GENTE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte do senhor chamado Aloísio. Me atendeu com desdenho devido a quantidade "mínima" de caixas que eu solicitei orçamento. A primeira impressão é a que fica e, infelizmente não volto a fazer contato. Com certeza tem centenas de outras empresas que se importa com atendimento ao cliente.

Meu primeiro contato foi com uma moça muito educado, porém ela me passou para esse vendedor Aloisio.
Realmente é um péssimo vendedor, trata com desdenho o cliente. Pelo que eu entendi o bom atendimento dele é somente se vc pedir de grande quantidade, esquecendo ele que uma empresa de pequeno porte pode virar uma grande empresa um dia e render mto para a empresa que ele trabalha.
Não recomendo essa empresa, pois se tratam o cliente desta forma, é pq não precisam vender. Dei a nota 1 pq não tinha 0.
