Vc cobra o corretor sempre da uma desculpa que está na análise da assessoria, uma análise que nunca dá uma resposta
Vc se interessa pelo imóvel e logo ele some do site nem o corretor sabe o porquê tudo é a desculpa que está em análise.
Totalmente uma perca de tempo
Não recomendo a ninguém, de verdade procure outra imobiliária, uma que realmente queira vender um imóvel

O atendimento ruim já começa pelo próprio dono que não está nem aí para o cliente, desta forma os próprios funcionários acabam seguindo o exemplo, tratam como nada, não demostram interesse. Não atualizam as informações no site deles, chega lá é outra coisa diferente do site. Não recomendo para ninguém. Pior experiência com imobiliária que eu tive

Divulgam telefone comercial e não atendem.
Página no facebook comercial, não respondem (apenas. resposta automática).
Enfim...perdem no suposto atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total depois que você fecha o contrato, entregaram o imóvel com vários reparos para fazer, imóvel sujo, pia do banheiro entupida, vaso sanitário sem funcionar, Box do banheiro totalmente quebrado, e falam que entregaram o imóvel em perfeitas condições, péssima imobiliária, não caiam nessa cilada, você liga e eles não atendem, o escritório só fica fechado, horrível
Total neglect after you close the contract, they delivered the property with several repairs to make, dirty property, clogged bathroom sink, toilet not working, bathroom box totally broken, and they say they delivered the property in perfect condition, terrible real estate, don't fall for this trap, you call and they don't answer, the office is just closed, horrible
