★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento pós venda é terrível. Pelo preço que eu paguei no produto esperava que fosse de uma qualidade melhor. Me venderam uma torneira que ao ser instalada quebrou na bica. Aí falaram que não trocam porque a parte quebrada é de plástico, então a garantia não cobre. Ou seja, eles vendem um pedaço de plástico vagabundo pintado de metal, e se ele quebra - por ser plástico vagabundo e não metal, eles não realizam a troca.
Perderam um cliente por bobeira.
Unfortunately the after sales service is terrible. For the price I paid for the product I expected it to be of a better quality. They sold me a faucet that, when installed, broke the spout. Then they said they don't change because the broken part is plastic, so the warranty doesn't cover. That is, they sell a piece of plastic vagabond painted in metal, and if it breaks - because it is plastic vagabond and not metal, they do not make the exchange.
They lost a customer by foolishness.

Diversas lojas espalhadas principalmente em Icaraí, todas num mesmo layout e padrão de qualidade. Bom atendimento sempre e preço juso. Recomendo muito uma visita sim! Valerá a pena conhecer!
Respected store initially only for construction material, but it has grown a lot, gaining even more respect and loyalty.
