★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário se apresentou totalmente despreparado para o atendimento e se mostrou arrogante, preconceituoso, autoritário e sem nenhuma preocupação para com seus clientes. Pois a todo o momento só pensava em seus honorários, mudou por varias vezes o tom de voz e sem me olhar se quer uma única vez para conversar, tirou a mascara (corona vírus) de sua face em tom ameaçador e arrogante e inclusive falou que por causa de nossa conversa meu documento iria demorar mais ainda por apenas capricho, falou ainda que após finalizar nosso contrato eu nunca mais deveria retornar ao seu escritório.
The owner was totally unprepared for the service and showed himself arrogant, prejudiced, authoritarian and without any concern for his customers. Because at all times I only thought about his fees, he changed the tone of his voice several times and without looking at me if he wants just a single time to talk, he removed the mask (corona virus) from his face in a threatening and arrogant tone and even said that because of our conversation my document would take even longer on a whim, he said that after finalizing our contract I should never return to his office.
