★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um bom lugar mas não é mais como antigamente em geral, o atendimento por telefone é complicado e quando atendem é umas informações sem conclusão a atendente é toda confusa e as vezes grossa.
It's a good place but it's not like it used to be in general, the telephone service is complicated and when they answer it's some information without conclusion, the attendant is all confused and sometimes rude.

Microwave didn't heat up anymore... I delivered it to be fixed on Saturday on Tuesday it was ready. Very good, I recommend.

AOC 2 meses depois queimou novamente a garantia do conserto arrumou, mais 2 meses, queimou denovo. Resolvi abrir por curiosidade vendo um vídeo no youtube. Olhem as fotos e tirem suas próprias conclusões. Gambiarra que até meu filho de 5 anos faria melhor, isso pq sou curioso e descobri imaginem pessoas com menor instrução o que não fazem, verdadeiro desserviço para a sociedade.

AOC 2 months later it burned the repair guarantee again, 2 more months it burned again. I decided to open it out of curiosity watching a video on youtube. Look at the photos and make your own conclusions. Gambiarra that even my 5-year-old son would do better, because I'm curious and I found out imagine people with less education what they don't do, a real disservice to society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, não cumprem prazos básicos, e ainda por cima inventam desculpas para não fazer o conserto. Você precisa ficar o tempo todo ligando pra ter informações e eles ficam fazendo você de bôbo. Não recomendo.
Very bad service, they don't meet basic deadlines, and on top of that they make up excuses for not doing the repair. You have to be calling all the time to get information and they keep making a fool of you. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Deixei um secador portátil e não consertavam nunca. Não dão satisfação a respeito do produto. Sempre eu tinha que entrar em contato e nunca respondiam a previsão. Mais de um mês o secador la… Desisti de deixar la e hoje fui buscar na loja, nem tiveram a decência de pedir desculpas, tiveram só a cara de pau de entregar o secador ainda estragado como se fosse super normal.
Watch out! I left a portable dryer and they never fixed it. They are not satisfied with the product. I always had to get in touch and they never responded to the forecast. More than a month the dryer was there… I gave up leaving it and today I went to pick it up at the store, they didn't even have the decency to apologize, they just had the nerve to deliver the dryer still damaged as if it were super normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutamente horrível. Mais de 30 dias para não conseguirem desmontar e montar um ventilador. Não entram em contato e não dão a menor justificativa razoável para a demora. Disseram que o conserto seria realizado em uma semana, esperei 34 dias para um serviço simples e não consegui ter o ventilador consertado.
Se você tem uma demanda mais complexa do que montar um ventilador, não envie seu produto para esse lugar, aparentemente, eles não são capazes de realizar um serviço de tão alta complexidade.
Se soubesse, teria enviado a outro lugar. Não busco mais os serviços dessa loja.
Absolutely horrible. More than 30 days for not being able to disassemble and assemble a fan. They do not contact and do not give any reasonable reason for the delay. They said the repair would be done in a week, I waited 34 days for a simple service and I couldn't get the fan fixed.
If you have a more complex demand than assembling a fan, don't send your product to that place, apparently, they are not capable of performing a service of such high complexity.
If I had known, I would have sent it somewhere else. I no longer seek the services of this store.
