★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência. Combinamos um horário para fazer o ensaio bem cedo, e ele atrasou cerca de 2 horas. Já com o sol a pino e muitas pessoas na rua, fizemos algumas fotos no centro histórico e em Trindade, e no fim recebemos somente 16 fotos, sendo que destas, a maioria com o mesmo cenário, sem que pudéssemos aproveitar.
Somos acostumados a contratar fotógrafos para registrarmos nossas viagens, e nunca passamos por tal situação.
Infelizmente a postura do Válter como profissional, sua comunicação e sua entrega foram muito aquém do que esperávamos, considerando o valor pago pelo pacote (800 reais). Não houve clareza na contratação do serviço, nenhum contrato e houve demasiada preocupação com o recebimento do valor e pouca preocupação com uma entrega de qualidade, alinhada com o valor cobrado.
Não recomendamos, infelizmente.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We made an appointment to do the rehearsal very early, and he was about 2 hours late. Already with the sun high and many people on the street, we took some photos in the historic center and in Trindade, and in the end we received only 16 photos, most of which with the same scenery, without being able to enjoy.
We are used to hiring photographers to record our trips, and we have never been in such a situation.
Unfortunately, Vernon's attitude as a professional, his communication and delivery were far below what we expected, considering the amount paid for the package (800 reais). There was no clarity in contracting the service, no contract and there was too much concern with receiving the value and little concern with quality delivery, aligned with the amount charged.
We do not recommend, unfortunately.
