★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pegamos uma escuna, e a fotografa foi super solicita...na hora do desembarque pegou um sinal, e disse que poderíamos pagar com cartão na loja...mas chegando la...queriam só a dinheiro, apos uma tentativa de dialogo, com uma equipe toda Colombiana, que nao sabe falar português, aceitaram o pagamento no debito...a fotografa, que tirou nossas fotos na escuna, nem olhava pra gente, total falta de tato com o cliente, as fotos ficaram bonitas, mas o atendimento no local de péssima qualidade...sinto que por ser uma cidade turistica, deveriam aprender um pouco mais no trato com seus clientes,!!
we took a schooner, and the photographer was super helpful... at the time of disembarkation, he got a sign, and said that we could pay by card at the store... but when we got there... they only wanted cash, after an attempt at dialogue, with an all Colombian team, who cannot speak Portuguese, they accepted payment on debt... the photographer, who took our photos on the schooner, didn't even look at us, total lack of tact with the client, the photos were beautiful, but the service at the place of poor quality...I feel that as it is a tourist city, they should learn a little more in dealing with their customers!!
