Sempre muito prestativo e atencioso. Não fui muito bem atendida pela moça do caixa, deixou a desejar no atendimento e na simpatia, o que tornou a experiência não muito agradável já no fechamento da minha compra. Mas fora isso, a empresa está de Parabéns.
I really enjoyed the price and quality of the product I purchased at Ferrotec. Attendance by the collaborator Mateus was of great value for me to make the right choice. Always very helpful and attentive. I was not very well attended by the cashier, it left something to be desired in service and friendliness, which made the experience not very pleasant already at the end of my purchase. But other than that, the company is to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, e olha que sou cliente, compro há anos. Demoram mais de 3 horas para confirmar uma transferência e liberar um pedido, ou seja, se você precisa de algo para o mesmo dia, esquece… outro dia liguei e ainda me zoaram por pedir agilidade.
