★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que preciso de material na áreas de ferragens em geral acabo comprando nessa loja. Os preços são os melhores de Palmas, até agora cobriram os da concorrência. Recomendo irem lá ou ligar antes de fecharem com outra loja. Muito bom atendimento.
 Whenever I need material in the hardware area in general I end up buying at this store. Prices are the best in Palmas, so far they have covered those of the competition. I recommend going there or calling before closing with another store. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito boa. Fui bem atendido por telefone e na própria loja, o pessoal de lá foi muito atencioso comigo e meu pedido foi entregue dentro do prazo. Tbm o preço é muito melhor que o da concorrência.
Very good store. I was well attended by phone and in the store, the people there were very attentive to me and my order was delivered on time. The price is much better than the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores mal treinados que não estão nem ai para o cliente, gerente incompetente e sem autonomia nenhuma para resolver as coisas, pessoal da expedição muito mal educado. Sem mencionar que não há comunicação nenhuma entre equipe de vendas e expedição. Me senti como se eu estivesse fazendo um favor a vocês e não como um cliente, nunca mais compro um parafuso nessa loja.
Poorly trained salespeople who don't care about the customer, incompetent manager with no autonomy to solve things, very rude dispatch staff. Not to mention there is no communication between sales and shipping at all. Felt like I was doing you a favor and not as a customer, I will never buy a screw from this store again.

Se vende um produto entrega outro e quando volta para fazer a troca, fica uma pessoa jogando para outra. um amontoado de pessoas que não se consegue resolver nada. A não ser, fazer o cliente espera meia hora uma hora,.
Enquanto Gerente, vendedores fica batendo papo e o cliente jogado esperando a boa vontade de ambos. Péssimo atendimento.
A very complete store in the Material Mix. BUT, VERY PRECARIOUS IN SERVICE, from Sales to Shipping. If you sell a product, you deliver another and when you come back to make the exchange, one person is playing for another. a bunch of people who can't solve anything. Unless, make the customer wait half an hour an hour.
As a Manager, salespeople chat and the customer plays waiting for the goodwill of both. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui recomendado a não comprar lá pois não entregam material no prazo, acabei comprando pelo preço um pouco menor, porém com atraso na entrega. Não consigo falar na loja por telefone nem whatsapp. Não recomendo a loja por esse péssimo pos venda.
