★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 5 dias sem Internet. Todos os dias venho reclamando da situação para a empresa. Depois de muita insistência eles marcaram a visita de um técnico. Fiquei a tarde toda aguardando ninguém apareceu. Hoje reclamei novamente e até agora não tive resposta da empresa. A empresa é boa desde qdo vc não tenha problemas com a conexão porque se você tiver tem que ter muita paciência como eles mesmo pedem.
O dia em que foi agendada a visita foi sugestão da própria empresa, mesmo assim não compareceram. Se a agenda estava cheia, então, deveriam ter sugerido outro dia e não fazer o cliente ficar esperando à toa.
Obs: o problema foi resolvido 1 semana depois, após todos esses impasses.
I have been without Internet for 5 days. Every day I complain about the situation to the company. After much insistence they arranged a visit to a technician. I stayed all afternoon waiting for no one to show up. Today I complained again and so far I have not had a response from the company. The company is good as long as you don't have problems with the connection because if you do, you have to be very patient as they ask.
The day on which the visit was scheduled was a suggestion by the company itself, even so they did not attend. If the schedule was full, then they should have suggested another day and not make the customer wait around.
Note: the problem was resolved 1 week later, after all these impasses.
