★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo mas quando cheguei lá não tinha ninguém para carregar o carro! Tive que colocar 5 sacos de cal no fundo do carro! Penso se não tivesse ido com meu sogro que é deficiente não teria sido atendido! Mas a senhora que atende r muito simpática! O bairro da localização e perigoso também!
The service is great but when I got there there was no one to load the car! I had to put 5 bags of lime in the bottom of the car! I think if I had not gone with my father-in-law who is disabled he would not have been attended to! But the lady who attends is very friendly! The neighborhood's location is dangerous too!

Infelizmente em algumas lojas da nossa cidade(Jequié/BA) deixa a desejar em atendimento e desrespeito com o cliente, algumas lojas, se tratando do gesso marcam para fazer o orçamento, e não aparece e nem tão pouco dá satisfação. Mas, a Loja FFJ Material de Construção foi de excelência em atendimento e de preço. Parabenizo também aos funcionários.
I am renovating my house, and making some changes and modernizing some environments. Unfortunately, in some stores in our city (Jequié / BA), there is a lot to be desired in terms of customer service and disrespect for the customer. Some stores, when it comes to plaster, schedule appointments to make the budget, and it does not show up nor does it give satisfaction.
