★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato telefônico para obter informações sobre um veículo semi novo. A intenção era saber se ainda estava disponível para venda e não fui atendido. Como eu estava interessado nesse carro fui até a loja e procurei um vendedor. A pessoa que me atendeu pareceu desconhecer o anúncio que foi publicado. Depois de alguns minutos verificando o sistema ele encontrou o carro. Mas ao invés de simplesmente me mostrar ele quis me oferecer um outro veículo chegando a insistir que eu fizesse uma proposta. Após alguma insistência da minha parte ele me levou para ver o carro. A aparência denotava um certo abandono, um carro praticamente novo com peças desmontado, sujo, como se tivessem esquecido na loja. Detalhe o carro estava anunciado por um valor 2000 reais acima da FIPE, o que me fez imaginar que ele estava num padrão acima do esperado. Se a loja não se preocupar com o treinamento dos vendedores e cuidado com os produtos que ela comercializa ela pode vir a perder muitos clientes assim como aconteceu comigo.
 I got in touch by phone to get information about a semi new vehicle. The intention was to know if it was still available for sale and I was not answered. As I was interested in this car I went to the store and looked for a seller. The person who answered me seemed to be unaware of the ad that was posted. After a few minutes of checking the system he found the car. But instead of simply showing me he wanted to offer me another vehicle, even insisting that I make an offer. After some insistence on my part he took me to see the car. The appearance denoted a certain abandonment, a practically new car with parts dismantled, dirty, as if they had been forgotten in the store. Detail the car was advertised for a value of 2000 reais above the FIPE, which made me imagine that it was in a higher standard than expected. If the store is not concerned with training salespeople and taking care of the products it sells, it could lose many customers, just like I did.
