★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito bem impressionado com o atendimento recebido pela vendedora Claudia, sempre solícita ,cortês , receptiva e clara quanto às condições que culminaram com a aquisição do veículo pretendido, assim como mantendo contato frequente e informando sobre a entrega do veículo, cuja data, inclusive, foi antecipada. Atendimento diferenciado em relação a outras concessionárias com as quais lidei anteriormente.

Excellent experience! Service from the consultant Cláudia Colling was impeccable from start to finish. She was kind, honest and explanatory. I congratulate the Leauto Botafogo team, especially Cláudia and Camila (in the sale of accessories). I loved the treats I got! I thought it was exceptional to win the screws for placement. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na revisão do nosso Nissan Kicks, a consultora Paula agiu de má fé. Ofereceu para nós apenas os serviços mais caros e omitiu que o valor padrão da revisão era de R$660,00. Pagamos R$400,00 a mais por serviços que não nos interessavam. A LeAuto encobriu as atitudes desonestas dela dizendo que o consultor "oferece o melhor serviço". A LeAuto esqueceu de dizer que o cliente, para saber o melhor serviço, tem que ser informado das opções que ele tem. A LeAuto nos coagiu a pagar $400,00 a mais em um momento de crise em serviços desnecessários que não eram do nosso interesse e ainda teve o despeito de dizer que "os valores estão no site da Nissan e os senhores deveriam ter pesquisado antes". Ou seja, além de desonestos, especialmente a consultora Paula, é uma empresa desonesta e sem nenhum consideração e nem educação. Vamos processar no Juizado de Pequenas causas. FIQUEM LONGE DA LEAUTO BOTAFOGO E DA COSULTORA PAULA!|
In reviewing our Nissan Kicks, consultant Paula acted in bad faith. It only offered the most expensive services to us and omitted that the standard review fee was R$660.00. We paid R$400.00 more for services that were not of interest to us. LeAuto covered up her dishonest actions by saying that the consultant "provides the best service". LeAuto forgot to say that the customer, in order to know the best service, has to be informed of the options he has. LeAuto coerced us into paying $400.00 more at a time of crisis for unnecessary services that were not of our interest and even had the spite to say that "the values are on Nissan's website and you should have looked it up sooner". That is, in addition to being dishonest, especially the consultant Paula, it is a dishonest company and without any consideration or education. We'll sue in Small Claims Court. STAY AWAY FROM LEAUTO BOTAFOGO AND COSULTORA PAULA!|

Eu estou olhando alguns carros, nem iria trocar o meu agora, mas a Adriana foi tão atenciosa, me senti com uma consultora e não alguém que apenas quer te empurrar uma venda. Além disso, ela e o gerente (acho que o nome dele era Alex), me ofereceram o test drive e me deixaram muito confortável na loja, confesso que amei os carros, mas esse duplo atendimento é que fez meu olho brilhar. Em breve, trocarei o carro e com certeza o atendimento de ontem me deu segurança para fechar lá. Fica aqui minha experiência como futura cliente.
I was last week at Nissan Botafogo and was so well attended that I had to come here to evaluate. I'm looking at some cars, I wouldn't even change mine now, but Adriana was so attentive, I felt like a consultant and not someone who just wants to push you a sale. In addition, she and the manager (I think his name was Alex), offered me the test drive and made me very comfortable in the store, I confess that I loved the cars, but this double service is what made my eye shine.
