★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de internet banda larga cai constantemente e por períodos prolongados. Ao tentar entrar em contato com o SAC da empresa, as ligações só são colocadas em espera até que as mesmas sejam interrompidas pelo tempo de espera excedido.
Broadband internet service drops constantly and for extended periods. When trying to contact the company's Customer Service, calls are only put on hold until they are interrupted by the waiting time exceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito boa a internet QUANDO FUNCIONA! Péssimo atendimento, por não disponibilizar sequer um número que de fato atenda (telefone, WhatsApp ou qualquer coisa do gênero). Com a quantidade de pessoas trabalhando via internet, o mínimo é que a empresa forneça um atendimento de suporte 24h, e não nos deixe sem resposta.
Very good internet WHEN IT WORKS! Bad service, for not even providing a number that actually answers (phone, WhatsApp or anything like that). With the amount of people working via the internet, the minimum is for the company to provide a 24-hour support service, and not leave us unanswered.
