★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de tentar fazer negócios com essa empresa. Infelizmente fui muito mal atendido, apesar das inúmeras tentativas de solucionar os problemas.
Hoje 06/03/2018 já completam 8 dias que fiz a solicitação de ligação em minha residência, e até o presente momento ainda não sei se vão instalar ou um prazo para a ligação.
Na primeira tentativa me falaram 1 dia para ligação, após o prazo retornei e me informação 3 dias, após o prazo retornei e me informação que agora seria 7 dias para levar ligação, aguardei novamente e após o prazo retornei onde fui informado que a atendente iria entrar em contato com o técnico de instalação e após me retornaria para dar satisfação, até o momento não obtive retorno da empresa. Então encerro hoje por aqui o pedido de ligação muito frustrado e deixo o alerta para os demais, cuidado com pagamentos adiantados do serviço de instalação você também pode terno mesmo problema que eu.

I had the displeasure of trying to do business with that company. Unfortunately I was very poorly attended, despite numerous attempts to solve the problems.
Today 06/03/2018 already complete 8 days that I made the request for connection in my residence, and until the present moment I still don't know if they will install or a deadline for the connection.
In the first attempt I was told 1 day to call, after the deadline I returned and informed me 3 days, after the deadline I returned and informed me that now it would be 7 days to take the call, I waited again and after the deadline I returned where I was informed that the attendant would get in touch with the installation technician and afterwards I would return to give satisfaction, so far I have not received return from the company. So today I close the call request very frustrated and leave the alert to the others, beware of advance payments for the installation service, you may also have the same problem as me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto instável , contratei um plano de 20 e nunca chega, fica entre 2 e 8 mega, tento contato com eles pelo whats e telefone, não tenho nenhum retorno.
06/08/2018- Faz um mês desta reclamação e realmente o problema da velocidade foi solucionado, agora chega o q contratamos, porém estão tendo manutenções com frequência, deixando o usuário sem acesso, tanto que estou usando 3g no momento. Assim que estabilizar, altero a avalição.
08/09/2018: Estou desde ontem sem internet, tento contato com os números de suporte, sem êxito, dá sempre ocupado,e fomos até o escritório deles e está fechado. Sendo assim a informação que eles funcionam em sábado que consta no google é uma inverdade. Continuarei tentando contato, qdo solucionar altero a reclamação. A Internet voltou as 15h23, alterei a avaliação.
27/12/2018: Ja estou a 24horas sem internet, nao atendem telefone, WhatsApp, nem mesmo o site deles entra, tem pessoas reclamando q estão a 4 dias sem, e sem resposta nenhuma, vou diminuir a avaliação por este descado, mais uma vez.
22/01/2019- Como a internet não voltava contratei outra empresa. Porém a internet da Maccoy acabou voltando hj, meu pai foi até o estabelecimento para pedir q diminuíssem a velocidade, já que somente ele vai utilizar, chegando lá falaram q ele não podia diminuir pq a empresa teve um custo mto gde para q a internet voltasse a funcionar, então ele solicitou que cancelassem, ai falaram que já tinham cancelado devido aos meus comentários aqui. Isso é ridículo!!! Tentaram intimidar o meu pai, primeiro em nenhum momento menti sobre o que está acontecendo, segundo, acredito que cancelar a internet que está sendo paga corretamente sem o conhecimento do cliente, é crime contra o consumidor. Falei e repito, serviço péssimo, não vou apagar os comentários, é meu direito de me expressar, e é bom para que outras pessoas tenham conhecimento como essa empresa trabalha.

08/06/2018- It's been a month since this complaint and the speed problem has really been solved, now what we contracted arrives, but they are having maintenance frequently, leaving the user without access, so much so that I'm using 3g at the moment. Once it stabilizes, I'll change the rating.
09/08/2018: I've been without internet since yesterday, I try to contact the support numbers, without success, it's always busy, and we went to their office and it's closed. So the information that they work on Saturday that appears on google is untrue. I will continue to try to contact you, when I resolve the complaint, I will change the complaint. The Internet came back at 15:23, I changed the rating.
12/27/2018: I've been without internet for 24 hours, they don't answer the phone, WhatsApp, not even their website enters, there are people complaining that it's been 4 days without, and no response, I'll lower the rating for this one, more once.
01/22/2019- As the internet did not come back I hired another company. But Maccoy's internet ended up coming back today, my father went to the establishment to ask them to reduce the speed, since only he will use it, when they got there they said he couldn't reduce it because the company had a very high cost for the internet to return to work, so he asked them to cancel, then they said they had already canceled due to my comments here. This is ridiculous!!! They tried to intimidate my father, first I never lied about what was happening, second, I believe that canceling the internet that is being paid correctly without the customer's knowledge is a crime against the consumer. I said it and I say it again, terrible service, I won't delete the comments, it's my right to express myself, and it's good for other people to know how this company works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade do sinal é constante, a instalação foi rápida, o custo é justo e o atendimento é sempre cortes e imediato. Não possui tempo de fidelidade. Preferi pagar a multa por fidelidade da Fiberup a permanecer tendo problemas com queda de sinal. Estou contente com a troca. E recomendo a Macoynet.
Signal quality is constant, installation was quick, the cost is fair and service is always cut and immediate. He has no loyalty time. I preferred to pay Fiberup's loyalty penalty rather than continue to have problems with signal drop. I'm happy with the exchange. And I recommend Macoynet.
