★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior provedora de internet/Tv/Telefone IMPOSSÍVEL. É um descaso com o cliente que assina. Põe contratos e renovações sem mesmo declarar na hora do atendimento. Nunca mais voltarei a contratar e você deveria fazer o mesmo.
Worst internet / Tv / Telephone provider IMPOSSIBLE. It is a disregard for the client who signs. It puts contracts and renewals without even declaring at the time of service. I will never hire you again and you should do the same.

E, além de tudo isso, você ainda ganha várias horas de diversão conversando com atendentes que não estão nem aí pra você e bônus especiais como passar o dia sem internet com a justificativa de que há "problemas técnicos" na sua região (e mesmo assim não obter informação nenhuma do que está acontecendo).

I pay 110 per month, for a 240mb plan, but I get less than 2mb, when it's not 112 kbps! And still impose a fine of 300 reais if you cancel the plan! I do not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrível, pago 120 mgbs e quando não está caindo todos os dias ela está muito lenta, não chegando nem a 10 mgbs,certos dias não consigo nem 1 mega de internet, usando meu 4g tenho internet mais rápido do que do próprio roteador. Lentidão absurda, reinicio meu roteador todos os dias no mínimo 2 vezes.
E nem assim consigo uma internet decente.

Horrible internet, I pay 120 mgbs and when it is not falling every day it is very slow, not reaching 10 mgbs, some days I can't even 1 mega of internet, using my 4 g I have internet faster than the router itself. Absurd slowness, I restart my router every day at least 2 times.
And I still can't get a decent internet.
Even to post this comment the internet is crashing.
