★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao cheguei a alugar pq não me passaram a informação completa pelo telefone, quando cheguei na loja me passaram um outro valor para pagamento no cartão e o carro que me informei pelo telefone não estava disponível pois estava alugado para o mês todo, e isso não me foi dito antes, já que na ligação falei o veiculo que queria. Isso pq liguei de manha e fui à loja no mesmo dia
I didn't get to rent it because they didn't give me the complete information over the phone, when I arrived at the store they gave me another amount for payment on the card and the car I found out over the phone was not available because it was rented for the whole month, and that didn't was said before, since in the call I mentioned the vehicle I wanted. That's because I called in the morning and went to the store the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei, o rapaz atendeu secamente sem dar a menor importância pelo meu interesse. Falou meia dúzia de palavras e ficou por isso mesmo. Empresa sem prestígio e com péssimo atendimento. Por isso vou procurar outra, mesmo que distante, mas que trate os clientes um pouco melhor.
Terrible attendance. I called, the young man answered curtly without giving the slightest importance to my interest. He spoke half a dozen words and left it at that. Disreputable company with poor customer service. That's why I'm going to look for another one, even if distant, but that treats customers a little better.
