"Comecei no Filadélfia em funções de apoio, no administrativo. Fui aluna e posteriormente assumi a gerência financeira. Atualmente atuo na gestão e coordenação. Sinto que a simplicidade com o foco em oferecer um ensino que, de fato, habilite e transforme a vida das pessoas, é algo que está na essência do Grupo, sendo algo preponderante para o sucesso da instituição."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O curso de óptica e Optometria é um excelente curso realizado pelo Grupo Educacional Filadélfia , mas não existe o minimo de organização no quesito fila de espera para se matricular . deixei os meus contatos no começo do ano de 2017 e fiquei esperando uma lição para efetuar minha matricula assim que abrissem próxima turma , para minha surpresa não ligaram e quando entrei em contato para verificar sobre a data de abertura para a próxima turma fui comunicado que não tinha mais vagas aff .
The optics and optometry course is an excellent course held by the Philadelphia Educational Group, but there is no minimum organization in the queue for enrollment. I left my contacts at the beginning of the year 2017 and I was waiting for a lesson to enroll as soon as they opened the next class, to my surprise they didn't call and when I got in touch to check on the opening date for the next class, I was told that they didn't had more vacancies aff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em termos de atendimento ao cliente creio que ainda falta muito pra ganhar 5 estrelas.Vivem na idade da pedra,numa época onde a comunicação digital se faz tao presente eles simplesmente nao tem informações sobre o curso de optometria no site e no Whatsapp(que não é comercial)a impressão que me passou,1 dia depois de visualizarem,é que é um número pessoal,tamanha a falta de técnica e empatia.Pra piorar so passam informação pelo telefone. Arcaicos limitarem dessa forma. Perdi totalmente o interesse em me matricular.
In terms of customer service I believe there is still a long way to go to earn 5 stars. They live in the stone age, in a time where digital communication is so present they simply do not have information about the optometry course on the website and on Whatsapp (which is not it's commercial) the impression I got, 1 day after viewing it, is that it's a personal number, such is the lack of technique and empathy. Archaic to limit that way. I totally lost interest in enrolling.
