★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina séria e que busca de fato resolver o nosso problema. Tivemos alguns contratempos na negociação com a seguradora, mas tudo prontamente resolvido por eles, especificamente pelo Kaio, que me deu todo suporte necessário. O carro saiu parecendo zero de novo. Super recomendo a empresa!
Serious workshop that actually seeks to solve our problem. We had some setbacks in the negotiation with the insurance company, but everything was promptly resolved by them, specifically by Kaio, who gave me all the support I needed. The car came out looking like zero again. I highly recommend the company!

Levei meu carro para lanternagem e Pintura após eu sofrer uma colisão e o meu carro saiu pior do que entrou, vários defeitos na lanternagem e a pintura é horrível, oferecem um serviço de Profissional porém praticam um serviço de aprendiz amador. Horrível Deus me livre indicar esse local.
Don't take your cars to that junkyard, Don't take your cars to that place that is called workshop. I took my car to body shop and painting after I suffered a collision and my car came out worse than it came in, several defects in the body shop and the painting is horrible, they offer a professional service but they practice an amateur apprentice service. Horrible God forbid I recommend this place.

Reconheço ser muito exigente nas escolhas de serviços ainda mais tratando-se do meu carro. O Kaio, que gerencia a Fino Trato, conquistou minha confiança com o seu conhecimento ao telefone e então decidi conhecer a oficina pessoalmente antes de rebocar meu carro da Honda e deixá-los em suas mãos. Sofri colisão e danifiquei toda a suspensão do veículo e por estar fora da garantia da Honda a seguradora HDI (péssima!!) se recusou a fazer acordo e fui obrigada a escolher oficina credenciada. Já decidida pela Fino Trato em razão do comprometimento e competência do Kaio, que ainda orientou sobre as questões burocráticas da infernal seguradora e de modo muito mais eficaz e ágil que o próprio corretor de seguros.
O veículo foi entregue antes do tempo previsto e os meus pertencentes que estavam no interior no carro sequer foram mexidos.TOTAL CONFIANÇA! Meu carro ficou ótimo, perfeito e já estou rodando há um mês com o veículo e muito satisfeita pelo atendimento e comprometimento com o cliente. Coisa rara de se encontrar atualmente!
A Fino Trato está de parabéns e o profissional muito responsável, Kaio, merece todo mérito!

AMAZING! VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT AND EXAMPLE SERVICE!!
I recognize being very demanding in service choices, especially when it comes to my car. Kaio, who manages Fino Trato, won my trust with his knowledge over the phone and so I decided to visit the workshop in person before towing my Honda car and leaving them in their hands. I suffered a collision and damaged the entire suspension of the vehicle and because it was out of Honda's warranty, the HDI insurance company (terrible!!) refused to make a deal and I was forced to choose an accredited workshop. Already decided by Fino Trato due to Kaio's commitment and competence, who also oriented on the infernal insurance bureaucratic issues and in a much more effective and agile way than the insurance broker himself.
The vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule and my belongings that were inside the car were not even touched. TOTAL TRUST! My car turned out great, perfect and I've been using the vehicle for a month now and very satisfied with the service and commitment to the customer. Rare thing to find these days!
Congratulations to Fino Trato and the very responsible professional, Kaio, deserves all the credit!
I have already recommended them to many acquaintances who have attested to the same confidence.
